As we continue to grow, we're excited to be launching a new dairy-based protein custard product, which will be manufactured and packaged at our Heidelberg site. To support this growth, we're looking for Machine / Production Operators to join our team.
In this hands-on role, you'll help operate production equipment and support the day-to-day running of our manufacturing facility. You'll play an important part in ensuring products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
This role would suit someone with machine operating or manufacturing experience who enjoys practical work and being part of a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment
- Prepare ingredients and materials for production
- Carry out quality and safety checks
- Complete production paperwork and records
- Clean equipment and work areas
- Follow food safety and quality procedures
- Report any equipment, safety, or quality issues
- Work with the team to meet production targets
About You
We're looking for someone who is reliable, safety-focused, and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience operating machinery or working in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, agricultural, or processing environment
- A strong focus on safety and quality
- Good attention to detail
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to carry out manual work, including standing for long periods and regular lifting
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Food manufacturing experience
- Experience with mixing, batching, or processing equipment
- Knowledge of food safety practices
