Social Media Specialist

About the role

We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist to bring the Bras N Things brand to life across social media, with a strong focus on creators, influencers and culturally relevant content.

You’ll help deliver our social media strategy, creating engaging content that builds brand awareness, grows our community and drives customer acquisition and commercial results.

Working closely with our Brand, Digital, Creative, Copy, E-commerce and agency partners, you’ll take ideas from strategy through to execution. This includes creating content, getting behind the camera and managing influencer partnerships.

What you'll be doing

Support and deliver the Bras N Things social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms.
Develop engaging social content, campaign stories and reactive content that drives engagement and results.
Create, shoot and edit authentic content, with the confidence to be both behind and in front of the camera.
Stay on top of social trends, cultural moments and platform updates, sharing insights with internal teams and agency partners.
Support key marketing campaigns by turning campaign goals into engaging social content.
Assist with social shoots, including planning, content capture and post-production editing.
Manage influencer and creator activity, including talent sourcing, briefing, relationship management, content approvals, product send-outs and reporting.
Monitor social performance and insights to optimise content and support brand, engagement and conversion goals.

What you'll bring

2–3+ years' experience in social media, influencer marketing or digital content, ideally within fashion, retail, beauty or lifestyle.
Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Social Media or a related field.
Experience developing and delivering social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
Hands-on experience creating social-first content, including shooting and editing.
Experience managing influencer or creator partnerships from awareness through to conversion.
Strong understanding of social media trends, platform best practice and what drives engagement.
Experience using social analytics and insights to measure and improve performance.
Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
A good eye for creative content, trends and visual storytelling.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
