Private Practice Physiotherapist (Full time or part time)

About Us

Subiaco Sports Massage & Physio is a well-established, multidisciplinary clinic with a loyal and growing client base.

We provide Physiotherapy, Remedial Massage, and Clinical Pilates to a wide range of clients, from everyday individuals through to elite athletes.

With two busy locations and a strong referral network, we offer a supportive environment where clinicians can grow, learn, and build a thriving caseload.

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and motivated Physiotherapist to join our expanding team. This role suits new graduates, recent graduates, and experienced physiotherapists alike.

Established client base from day one, with ongoing demand
Minimum base wage of $85,000 (salary flexible based on experience), plus a commission structure based on weekly billables.
Weekly, paid professional development session, plus 1:1 and group clinical mentoring
Access to our physiotherapy gym and Pilates equipment, including reformer machines, in a newly renovated space
No expectation of weekend work
Flexible arrangements, part-time or full-time

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing a diverse musculoskeletal caseload
Sports injury rehabilitation and return-to-sport programming
Post-operative rehabilitation
Working alongside remedial therapists and Pilates practitioners
Contributing to a collaborative, team-based clinic environment
