Quarry Manager Opportunity - Geraldton

Fixed-term role | Competitive salary package + TOT vehicle

About the role

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Quarry Manager to take ownership of a key site in Geraldton. You will lead day-to-day operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production outcomes.

You will be responsible for driving performance across people, plant, and equipment, while meeting safety, environmental, production, and financial targets.

About you

Experience leading quarry, mining, or heavy industry operations.
Strong commitment to safety and building a positive team culture.
Knowledge of quarry operations, including drill and blast, crushing, and screening.
Proven leadership and people management skills.
Experience managing budgets and driving operational performance.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with customers and internal teams.
Understanding of Chain of Responsibility requirements.
Quarry Manager Certificate (or equivalent) highly regarded.
Certificate IV, Diploma in Extractive Industries, or relevant qualifications desirable.
