Conduct quality supervision sessions with clinicians in their team

Support team members to achieve their clinical utilisation

Assist management with recruiting new clinicians who embody the organisation’s values

Facilitate and continually review our new staff induction program to maximise it’s effectiveness

Foster and maintain the positive team culture

Conduct regular reviews of each team member’s performance

Ensure quality assurance is maintained across all documentation

Managing site issues related to Workplace health and safety, space allocations and resources

Seeking and capturing feedback from clients

About you
-
Demonstrated experience in positively leading other clinicians in the ongoing development of their clinical skills
-
Considerable experience as a clinician providing therapy in a range of settings ideally
-
Enthusiasm to work within a multidisciplinary team environment

Own vehicle and current full driver licence

Qualifications

Degree qualified Speech Pathologist

Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
