Full Job Description

Are you a full-stack engineer looking to make a move into the Fintech space? We have partnered with a growing Fintech here in Sydney that is looking to expand their team.

Company
Headquartered here in Sydney, this Fintech offers a cloud-native platform for companies and funds to manage investments, board management and employee share plans. The business has had great success, with well over 500+ clients on the ASX, and is on the look-out for full-stack engineers to join the team and help with the ongoing design and development of their platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and secure full-stack applications within a cloud-native environment.
Work across the front-end and back-end, ensuring seamless integration of user interfaces with server-side logic.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
Optimise applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code while following best practices.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to uphold high-quality software standards.
Stay informed of emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance our technology stack.

Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience as a Full-stack Engineer using Java and Angular.
Strong understanding of MVC frameworks and hands-on experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
Familiarity with cloud-native platforms and microservices architecture.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical solutions to team members.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
