What You'll Be Doing
As a Software Engineer, you'll work as part of a collaborative Agile team to:
Design, develop, test, and deploy modern web applications and APIs.

Develop high-quality backend services and data-driven applications using modern engineering practices.
Create intuitive user experiences using contemporary frontend technologies.

What We're Looking For
Essential Skills
Strong software development experience in languages such as C#/.NET , Java, or similar enterprise technologies.
Experience building modern web applications and APIs.
Strong SQL skills are essential , including writing complex queries, database design concepts, performance tuning, and working with relational databases.
Experience working with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Understanding of software design principles, testing practices, and clean code techniques.
Experience working with source control systems such as Git.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work effectively within an Agile delivery environment.
Highly Regarded
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Experience building data-intensive applications.
Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, or container technologies.
Experience in financial services, FinTech, wealth management, or investment management.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools and automation technologies.
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Alternatively, equivalent industry experience demonstrating strong software engineering capability.
Minimum 3 years' professional software development experience.
