Are you a Mechanical Engineering graduate or do you come from an Air Conditioning trade background?

Duties & Responsibilities

Prepare regular reports and analyse project performance, opportunities, and targets
Assist with presentations and support engagement with Consulting Engineers, Specifiers, and Mechanical Contractors
Contribute to strategic planning and identify new project opportunities
Support project negotiations to ensure alignment with company objectives
Assist Business Managers with sourcing, quoting, and delivering large‑scale projects
Coordinate local projects, including scheduling, inventory, and delivery
Support the development of training materials, product updates, and technical documentation
Maintain relationships with industry bodies and stay informed on market trends
Contribute to marketing initiatives across the product portfolio

Skills & Experience

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Air Conditioning trade background
Previous experience in a similar role (desirable but not essential)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate computer skills
Proactive, positive, and safety‑focused mindset
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional, results‑driven approach with a strong work ethic
Experience on VRV/VRF HVAC systems high regarded
