We are currently seeking a Part Time Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team.

Your Day to Day

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be at the heart of the guest experience, creating memorable first and last impressions while delivering the warm, personalised service that defines InterContinental Hotels & Resorts®.

Working within our Front Office team, you will play an important role in ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and cared for throughout their stay.

In this role, you will:

Deliver a warm, genuine, and professional welcome to every guest, creating exceptional first impressions.
Manage guest arrivals and departures efficiently, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
Handle guest enquiries, reservations, requests, and payments with accuracy and attention to detail.
Recognise and engage with IHG One Rewards members and returning guests to deliver personalised service experiences.
Anticipate guest needs and provide recommendations on Resort facilities, dining options, local attractions, and experiences.
Act as a key point of contact for guests, resolving enquiries and concerns with empathy, professionalism, and confidence.
Build positive relationships with guests and colleagues to support an exceptional guest journey.
Collaborate closely with all departments to ensure service delivery is seamless and consistent across the Resort.
Maintain accurate guest records and operational procedures in accordance with Resort and brand standards.
Participate in daily briefings, training sessions, and team development initiatives.
Uphold IHG brand standards, policies, and values in every interaction.

What We Need From You

Ideally, you'll bring:

Previous experience in a Front Office, guest service, or hospitality role within a hotel environment
A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating meaningful connections with people.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, confident, and professional approach.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to achieving positive guest outcomes.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Experience using Opera PMS or similar hotel management systems (preferred).
Flexibility to work a rotating roster including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
