Our mission will always be perfecting simplicity, making everyday food exceptional, and creating real growth and opportunity within the industry that we love. We have 8 established Delis in Melbourne, including our flagship Bakery location in Richmond.

We’re looking for bakers and pastry team members to join our team in Richmond, located across the road from the Richmond train station.

Weekend work will be required.

ABOUT YOU:

This role will work alongside our Head of Bakery to produce top quality products for distribution to our Melbourne-based Delis, daily. We're searching for food lovers who thrive on quality and presentation. Currently, our Pastry Team produce a range of savoury and sweet laminated dough pastries daily. Previous experience in a bakery environment and stellar time management skills are a must. A qualification in baking &/patisserie is highly regarded (or currently studying).

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

Work in a shared space with our Head of Bakery & Baking Team to produce our donuts, bread, pastries and specials.

Ensure product is consistent and to a highest quality always

Keep the kitchen area clean and tidy, adhering to all HACCP SOPs

Support the Head of Bakery with any requests relating to specials
