The role responsibilities include:

Support the day-to-day operation of the warehouse, including receipting, dispatch, inventory control and material movements.
Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stocktakes, shelf-life control and ERP system management (Quantum).
Safely handle aircraft components, dangerous goods and warehouse equipment, including forklifts and automated storage systems.
Investigate inventory discrepancies, raise non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
Partner with the team to improve warehouse processes, efficiency and operational performance.

Skills and Experiences:
Required skills, experience and qualifications:

Minimum 2 years in a warehouse or stores role within aerospace, defence, manufacturing or a highly regulated industry.
Strong inventory management experience using an ERP system such as Quantum, SAP, Pronto or similar.
Current Forklift Licence.
Certificate III in Warehousing Operations and Logistics (or equivalent) is highly regarded.
Sound understanding of dangerous goods handling, inventory control and warehouse best practices.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work as a team player.
A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering exceptional customer service.

Due to the nature of our work and the requirements of our customers, all applicants may be required to hold Australian citizenship and need to meet ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) and/or EAR (Export Administration Regulations) compliance as part of employment eligibility.
