Full Job Description

At United Disability Care (UDC), leadership is about empowering people; not just overseeing a team. As a Service Leader, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred support while guiding and motivating your team to achieve meaningful outcomes every day.

You’ll help create a supportive, respectful environment where clients are encouraged to live independently and reach their goals, while ensuring services are delivered safely, consistently, and in line with best practice.
This is a rewarding opportunity to step into a leadership role within our established Supported Independent Living (SIL) Concierge operating homes located in Milton & Newstead QLD.

A day in the life of a Service Leader:
No two days are the same. As a Service Leader, you’ll mentor and support your team, while stepping in to provide direct care when needed – from daily living and personal care to community activities. You’ll manage rosters and scheduling to keep services running smoothly and work closely with clients and their families to design individualised care plans that make a difference. Along the way, you’ll build meaningful relationships with families, community networks, and stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for the people we support.

What you’ll bring:

Certificate III (or higher) in Disability, Individual Support, or related qualification
Experience leading or mentoring a team (Team Leader/Site Leader background highly regarded) Background in disability or aged care, including personal care and community access
Knowledge of NDIS standards, compliance, and person-centred approaches
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid, CPR, and a valid Australian Driver’s Licence with a reliable and working vehicle you are willing to use for Community Access with our clients.
