About the role
We're looking for a creative and organised Marketing Coordinator to join the team at Agrimaster.
This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll lead the coordination of customer events across Australia and produce our Boots Off Log On! podcast, while supporting digital marketing campaigns, product launches and engaging customer content.
Working closely with the Marketing Lead, you'll help grow the Agrimaster brand, strengthen customer relationships and support business growth.
What you'll be doing
- Taking ownership of the Boots Off Log On! podcast, coordinating guests, managing episode releases and promoting each episode.
- Coordinating customer events across Australia, including roadshows, workshops, webinars and industry conferences.
- Creating engaging content for social media, email marketing, our website and other digital channels.
- Supporting new product launches with customer communications, campaigns and educational content.
- Helping deliver digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads and paid social.
- Creating videos, customer resources and other marketing materials that help customers get the most from Agrimaster.
- Working closely with teams across the business to bring ideas to life and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
About you
You're a proactive marketer who enjoys variety and likes seeing ideas come to life. You're organised, take initiative, creative and comfortable managing multiple projects, whether that's planning an event, creating content, coordinating a podcast or supporting a digital campaign.
Essential
- 2-3+ years' experience in marketing, communications or digital marketing.
- Experience creating content across digital channels.
- Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, events or projects.
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Desired
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and emailing platforms.
- Experience creating and editing videos using CapCut or similar software.
- Experience with podcast production or a genuine interest in podcasts.
