Job Description
We are seeking a Survey Lead to join our high performing team. With offices across NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, and NT, we deliver exceptional value to our clients through a collaborative culture, a commitment to excellence, and continuous investment in our people. This is your opportunity to step into a pivotal leadership role and be a key member of the leadership team.
As a Business Builder, you will:
- Lead and grow a high-performing team of registered surveyors, surveyors, and drafters.
- Drive business strategy, foster client relationships, and ensure excellence in project delivery.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships across NSW to expand market presence and create new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Surveying (a plus but not mandatory)
- Proven leadership experience within a consultancy environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and client relationship skills.
- A track record of winning and delivering large-scale, complex projects.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to inspire, mentor, and empower your team.
