Full Job Description

We are seeking x2 Part-Time Shop Operators for our Kings Meadows & Prospect Vale stores to work between 3-4 days per week.

Mister Minit is the market leader for shoe repairs, Key Cutting, Engravings, Watch Repairs and Auto Key / Remote Duplication.

We are “REAL PEOPLE, FIXING PROBLEMS” since 1957.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Commitment to learning & skill development.
Previous customer service and/or industry experience looked favourably upon.
Excellent communication skills – Great with customers.
Problem Solving, Adaptability & Solution Oriented.
Can work on your own and as part of a team.
Good manual dexterity, ability to use various tools and machinery.
Flexibility to work rostered hours, including weekends, some early evenings, and public holidays.

This role will suit someone with a background in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a hands-on trade.

BENEFITS

No Experience Necessary as we provide Full Training.

Penalty rates apply — Saturday from $36.11/hr and Sunday from $43.34/hr (General Retail Industry Award 2020)

YOUR DUTIES

You will learn many different skills which will apply to your everyday tasks, these include but are not limited to:

Deliver brilliant customer service & be able to fix problems.
Accountable for daily financial control of the shop.
Promotion of our merchandise and products to suit customer requirements.
Continue to learn and develop the necessary skills to satisfy our customer diverse range of needs.
Assist in keeping the shop clean, well presented and maintenance of all equipment.
