We are seeking a Service Coordinator to nurture, achieve, and celebrate our teachers and families, leading exceptional customer experiences, and deliver in-water swim teaching to a consistently high standard.
What is the role?
The Service Coordinator is a leadership-focused role at the heart of our swim school’s operations, with autonomy to make decisions and accountability for delivering exceptional outcomes.
You will take ownership of the customer experience, program coordination, team support, and daily facility management.

Key Tasks
Own the Customer Experience
· Take full ownership of the customer journey from enquiry through to enrolment, progression and retention
· Proactively respond to and resolve customer enquiries, bookings, payments and account matters
· Build strong relationships with families, ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism and care
· Identify opportunities to support customers and take initiative to enhance their experience
Lead Daily Program Coordination
· Own daily class preparation, ensuring teachers and students are set up for success
· Monitor class progress, student development and program structure, taking action to optimise class flow
· Coordinate enrolments, trials, graduations and program rollovers with accuracy and foresight
· Ensure OSHC collections and student movements are managed safely and efficiently
Drive Team Accountability & Communication
· Lead daily team briefings and ensure clear communication of priorities and expectations
· Follow up team responsibilities and support teachers to maintain high standards
· Take initiative to address issues, provide feedback and contribute to continuous improvement
Own Administration & Operational Accuracy
· Manage email, phone and system tasks with accountability, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
· Maintain accurate records, complete daily reporting and ensure operational systems are up to date
· Take responsibility for identifying gaps, errors or risks and resolving them promptly
Ensure Facility Readiness, Safety & Presentation
· Take ownership of daily facility checks, safety standards and centre presentation
· Proactively identify maintenance, safety or cleanliness issues and coordinate timely resolution
· Ensure the centre is fully prepared for daily operations, including setup and pack-down
Maintain a Professional & Welcoming Environment
· Ensure reception, retail and customer areas reflect a high standard of organisation and care
· Take pride in the presentation and smooth operation of the centre
· Act as a reliable and proactive leader onsite, demonstrating initiative and accountability at all times

Attention to detail and ownership is the best path of success in the role, working alongside our embedded and clear policies and procedures for consistency & growth of our swim school. A willingness to learn by doing is necessary in this dynamic role, both in and out the water.
