We are seeking a Lead Educator to lead, inspire, support and manage our team of Educators. Our Centre has space for 75 children, and features classrooms and ancillary facilities, along with a master chef kitchen and an inclusive outdoor environment that will stimulate all the senses.
We have fantastic opportunities for a Diploma Qualified, highly motivated Lead Educator who is ready to work Monday to Friday and is looking to work in our privately owned and operated Centre.
This position is a position where using your previous experience as a Lead Educator you will help to manage and support the team. For us, it's about finding a like-minded individual who is passionate about early childhood education and the developmental needs of children.

Help to support your team, to implement programs, follow the EYLF and share the excitement of child-led discovery.

About You:

Experience: previous experience as a Lead Educator in an early childhood setting.

Qualifications: Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care OR equivalent approved by ACECQA.

Compliance: Current Working with Children Check (WWC) and First Aid certification.
Knowledge: Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards (NQS). -
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Passion for Education: Genuine love for children and a commitment to making a positive impact.

Documentation & Planning: Strong skills in documenting and planning for individual learning needs and general administration.

Work Authorisation: Australian work authorisation is required for this position.

Working hours:
Ideally, we are looking for team member who are available to work within the hours of 6.30am and 6.30pm Monday - Friday.
