If you have a knack for making customers feel genuinely looked after and you thrive in a workshop environment where no two days are the same, this could be the role you have been waiting for. Frizelle Sunshine Automotive is looking for a Service Advisor to join the team at Audi Southport on a permanent, full-time basis.

About the role

As the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service or repair, you will play a central part in shaping the experience that keeps people coming back.

Your day-to-day will include:

Greeting customers and accurately capturing their vehicle concerns, so the workshop team can do their best work every time
Preparing and presenting service quotes with clarity, giving customers confidence in the work being done
Keeping customers informed throughout the service process, turning what can be a stressful experience into a straightforward one
Coordinating job flow with the workshop, helping the team stay organised and on schedule
Following up on recommended work and future service needs, building genuine long-term relationships with customers
Handling invoicing and vehicle handovers with care and attention to detail

About You

You are someone who communicates clearly, takes ownership of the customer experience, and brings a steady, professional approach to a busy service environment.

More about you:

Previous experience in an automotive service advisor or similar customer-facing role within the industry
A solid understanding of vehicle servicing processes, giving you credibility with both customers and technicians
Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with an ability to explain technical information simply
Comfortable working with dealer management systems and confident handling administrative tasks accurately
A current Queensland driver's licence
A genuine commitment to delivering a consistent and respectful customer experience
