A day in the life
If you enjoy fast-paced environments where your analysis directly shapes business outcomes, this role will keep you challenged and engaged every day. Reporting to the Sales Controller, you will:

Validate and process trade claims and deductions efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution

Review and update long-term agreements using monitoring tools to keep calculations precise and up to date

Partner with Sales teams to support trade activity setup and resolve queries quickly

Maintain and track trade activities in systems, regularly checking accruals against actuals and promotional plans as well as performing monthly risk assessments

Investigate and resolve disputed claims, collaborating with internal teams and providing clear reporting and insights

Support the team in trade spend reconciliations and analytics to enhance visibility and decision making

Good understanding of commercial drivers, including promotions, customer dynamics, and category performance
- Experience in FMCG environments, with the ability to manage fast-paced and high-volume processes
- Comfortable working across a networked organisation, collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to build effective working relationships
- Solid understanding of business processes and how different functions connect
- Broad awareness of sales functions, including customer teams, field sales, and commercial planning
