The Position

We seek a full-time Guest Services Agent/Guest Service Operator to join our front office department. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will ensure they have a seamless and enjoyable stay.

About You

A minimum of 1 year experience in a guest service agent role within a 5-star hotel environment
A natural talent for conversation and connection
Strong communication and organisational skills
You have a keen eye for detail and a positive attitude
Demonstrated focus and passion for creating exceptional guest experience’s
Proficiency in hotel booking systems with prior knowledge of Opera Cloud an advantage
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
