Full Job Description

The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Construction Manager to join our Energy and Utilities business in South Australia , supporting the delivery of high voltage substation projects.

Based in Underdale with project work across South Australia including Reeves Plains , you will play a critical leadership role in managing the full construction lifecycle across multiple complex projects.

This role will see you leading site-based teams, coordinating resources and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with program and client expectations. You will also support tender development, constructability reviews and ongoing project delivery outcomes.

What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a strong people leader with proven experience in delivering large scale high voltage infrastructure projects.

You will bring:

Electrical Trade Qualification
Diploma in Project Management – Highly regarded
Extensive experience in construction management within HV electrical infrastructure
Demonstrated ability to lead field teams and manage multiple projects concurrently
Strong capability in resource planning, subcontractor management and procurement processes
Experience managing safety, quality and environmental requirements within a live project environment
Well-developed stakeholder engagement skills across clients, subcontractors and internal teams
