Final salary or hourly rate will be based on a number of factors including, level, relevant prior experience, skills, and expertise.

$204,000 - $240,000 a year

Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Real Estate or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

Relevant professional qualifications are preferred (e.g., CA/CPA, Chartered Insurance Broker, MBA, or equivalent).

This role is managing 4 retail assets, predominantly based in Caddens with site visits to Windsor and Burwood. Excellent financial literacy and IT skills.

Support the execution of the Audit & Assurance strategic plan and annual business priorities. Mental health support, financial and wellbeing coaching.
