Develop, implement, and manage KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs, providing visibility to the milestones and performance of relevant projects.

Possess excellent product thinking and solution capabilities, clear logic and strong data analysis capabilities.

Monitor customer account health, identify customers at-risk of churn and take proactive steps to address present/upcoming risk.
