Have experience as a senior cost manager, ideally from a consultancy background. Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments.

Have a degree or comparable qualification in construction, quantity surveying, mechanical or electrical engineering.

Assist in completing the handover plan, ensuring documentation is completed and expectations are met on time and with quality.

Understanding of current and relevant health and safety regulations, good industry practice and engineering standards.

Strong understanding of Australian WHS legislation, essential services regulations, Building Code of Australia requirements and relevant Australian Standards.
