Clarkrubber Jandakot Wa is now hiring for a retail sales assistant manager with previous experience in this role and pool shop equipment sales experience a bonus but not necessary.
This role will require previous proven experience with a managing or supervising role in the retail industry in a similar style of business. The applicant must have fantastic customer service, sales and team leadership skills. An understanding of pool equipment and chemicals is an absolute bonus as it is a big part of our business. Clark Rubber Jandakot is one of the leading stores in the brand in Australia and this role is suited to someone who is energized to continue our growth, meet company KPI's, goals and ability to drive and motivate the staff to achieve this. This is a full time roll and will include weekends, eventually a Tuesday to Saturday roster is the goal. This role will pay incentives for the KPI targets achieved on top of the wages which also include all weekend penalties.
This role requires the applicant to have the following skill set :
- Previous management / supervising role in similar industry.
- A strong sales background in similar retail industry.
- Staff training and mentoring skills.
- Multi tasking skills and delegation skills.
- Stock control and ordering capabilities
- KPI's target focused in sales.
- Accountability for the stores daily operations along with other management team.
- Hands on leadership with on floor sales and maintaining systems.
- Staff training sessions and goal focused
- Ability to grow the profit and sales with the team.
- Rosters and banking.
- Fork lift license a bonus or willing to get one.
- Must be available in store November to January each year as peak sales, so no holidays at this time in general.
