Chipmunks by the Sea Early Learning is seeking a passionate and dedicated Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team.

About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic educator who is passionate about supporting children’s learning and development through play-based experiences and strong relationships.
This is a part-time position with a minimum of 15 hours per week, up to 37.5 depending on staffing requirements.

About You:
You will:
- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Have experience working within an early childhood setting
- Have a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Build respectful and meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Be passionate about creating engaging learning experiences
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
Essential Requirements:
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma qualifications
- Knowledge of child safety and compliance requirements
