As an experienced hands-on Senior Java Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the future architecture and technical direction of our strata operational platform. You will bring deep engineering expertise to solve complex business and technology challenges, driving solutions that balance immediate delivery needs with long-term strategic platform goals.
You will provide end-to-end technical leadership across both frontend and backend domains, including Angular applications, Java and Spring Boot services, APIs, integrations and data layers. You will lead solution architecture activities, guide engineering teams through technical trade-offs and help ensure solutions align with the long-term direction of the PropertyIQ platform.
You will often act as a Feature Lead for complex initiatives, owning the technical delivery approach from discovery through design, implementation and production rollout. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product and business stakeholders, mentor engineers and help chart a path from short-term deliveries towards long-term platform evolution.
You will also help shape the engineering culture around AI adoption. We are looking for someone who can champion AI-assisted software engineering, influence ways of working and help teams embed AI-enabled practices into day-to-day delivery to improve quality, productivity and learning.
