Senior Bartender
Ming Dining is a premium Cantonese restaurant and bar located in the heart of Melbourne CBD. We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Bartender to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, spirits and other beverages
- Maintain high standards of customer service
- Recommend suitable wines and beverages to guests
- Manage bar setup and closing procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
- Assist during busy dinner service periods
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol at all times
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Bartender
- Experience making classic cocktails
- Basic knowledge of red wine, white wine and spirits
- Fluent English communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Current RSA Certificate
- Available to work evening shifts and weekends
