What You'll Do
- Deliver friendly customer service across the bar and gaming areas
- Support gaming floor operations while maintaining compliance
- Prepare and serve beverages efficiently during busy service periods
- Build genuine relationships with regular customers
- Maintain clean, safe and welcoming venue spaces
- Work closely with the wider venue team to deliver a great customer experience
What We're Looking For
- Someone who enjoys working with people and building rapport with regular customers
- Hospitality or gaming experience preferred, but not essential
- Current NSW RSA & RCG certificates essential
- ARCG preferred, or willingness to obtain after commencement
- Availability across nights, weekends and public holidays
- Ability to stay calm and positive in a fast-paced environment
