As Program Director, you will work alongside our Executive Leadership Team to deliver a transformation that will strengthen our ability to support communities for generations to come. You will have the opportunity to influence strategy at the highest level while leaving a lasting legacy across the organisation.
Working closely with the executive leadership team, you will hold single point accountability for delivering a large scale ERP transformation that modernises business processes, technology platforms and ways of working across Finance, People and Culture, Operations and other enterprise functions. You will lead the end to end program from strategy through to benefits realisation, ensuring successful delivery, strong governance, stakeholder alignment and sustainable business outcomes. This position is a 24 month maximum term opportunity.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinate design, build, integration, data migration, testing, cutover and go-live activities.
You are a highly accomplished transformation executive with a track record of leading complex enterprise programs from vision through to execution and benefits realisation. You bring a blend of strategic leadership, commercial acumen and operational excellence, coupled with an ability to unite diverse stakeholders behind a common goal.
