Auto One are Australia's largest independent automotive parts supplier.
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for all things automotive, strong communication skills, and a desire to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. Automotive experience an advantage but not essential as full on-the-job training is provided.
Some weekend work required.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and identify automotive parts accurately for retail and trade customers
- Provide exceptional customer service both in-store and over the phone
- Use electronic catalogues and supplier systems to source parts
- Process sales, quotes, orders, and invoices efficiently
- Assist with stock control, inventory management, and merchandising
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers
- Support workshop and trade enquiries with technical parts advice
- Ensure the store is presented professionally and safely at all times
Pay: From $26.44 per hour
