About the role:
The Manager, Strategy, Investments & Partnerships leads a multidisciplinary team that helps turn VicHealth's strategy into coordinated action. The role brings together organisational strategy and planning, strategic partnerships, and the effective stewardship of VicHealth's grants, sponsorships and other investments.
The role combines strategic leadership with stakeholder management, overseeing key partnerships and investment processes while driving collaboration across the organisation to support VicHealth's purpose and long-term impact.
Key responsibilities:
This role supports and contributes to the health promotion capacity of VicHealth through:
- Supporting the Executive Manager to develop, coordinate and execute integrated organisational strategy and planning
- Overseeing the development of strategic approaches to partnership
- Managing and overseeing organisational sponsorships, grants and procurement

You are strategic and collaborative and can bring people together around shared priorities and translate ambitious ideas into practical action. You are an experienced people leader who provides clarity, develops others and creates a positive, high-performing team culture. You build trusted partnerships, focused on shared impact.
Qualifications and experience:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications such as in Commerce, Arts, Political, Science, Law and/or Health
- Extensive experience in managing strategic partnership programs
- Experience establishing and coordinating organisational strategy
- Senior-level experience with granting within the public, for-purpose, or private sectors
