- Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $154,231 to $178,369 pa plus super
We are seeking an experienced and innovative digital leader to oversee a number of our websites, digital platforms and online communication channels.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a multidisciplinary team of digital specialists, drive continuous improvement, and deliver engaging, accessible and user-focused digital experiences that support organisational priorities and community outcomes.
As Manager, Website & Digital Communications, you will provide strategic leadership across digital content, user experience, platform optimisation and digital delivery, ensuring our digital presence remains effective, compliant, and responsive to the needs of our audiences.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of web, content and digital channel professionals.
- Oversee the management and enhancement of websites, digital platforms and online channels.
- Represent the organisation on internal and external forums, providing expert operational advice and influencing digital outcomes.

About You
You are an experienced digital leader with a passion for creating engaging, accessible and user-focused online experiences. You enjoy leading multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and driving continuous improvement across digital channels and platforms.
With strong stakeholder management skills, you can build trusted relationships, provide strategic advice and influence outcomes across a complex organisation.
You bring sound judgement, a customer-focused mindset and the ability to balance long-term strategic priorities with emerging operational demands.
You have demonstrated experience managing digital platforms, website content, user experience initiatives and digital projects, using insights and analytics to improve performance and deliver meaningful outcomes for users and stakeholders.
Essential Requirements
- Extensive experience leading a team of website communication and digital channel specialists in the coordination of content, user experience and technical enhancements.
- Tertiary qualifications in communications, digital management, marketing or related discipline and/or relevant extensive work experience.
