Based from Greystanes, you'll spend most of your time in the field, managing your own schedule and working across a diverse range of transmission pipeline assets. With a strong focus on learning, development and long-term career growth, you'll gain hands-on experience in corrosion control, pipeline integrity and asset protection that can open doors across the energy, utilities and infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities include

Perform cathodic protection testing, monitoring and inspections across gas transmission assets

Deliver planned, preventative and corrective maintenance activities

Support commissioning and testing of new infrastructure and asset upgrades

Conduct interference testing and liaise with external asset owners and stakeholders

Investigate faults and support repairs of cathodic protection systems, transformers and associated equipment

Maintain accurate records and contribute to the ongoing integrity and performance of critical infrastructure

About You
You may already have cathodic protection experience, or you may be an electrical tradesperson looking to move into a specialist field.
You're a self-motivated problem solver who enjoys working independently, taking ownership of your work, and being out in the field rather than behind a desk. You'll be comfortable managing your own schedule while working safely across critical energy infrastructure assets. You will bring:

Electrical Trade Qualification and current Electrical Licence, and/or Cathodic Protection certification (NACE Level 1 or equivalent preferred)

Exposure to cathodic protection systems, electrical maintenance, asset integrity, or corrosion-related activities

Experience within utilities, energy, infrastructure, mining, rail, water or related industries

Comfortable working independently in the field and managing your own schedule

Current driver’s licence and White Card
