The Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Accountant to join our Finance Team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a practical environment while developing technical accounting, financial analysis and commercial skills under the guidance of experienced finance professionals.

Assist with day-to-day accounting and finance activities, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

Support the preparation of monthly financial reports, reconciliations and management reporting.

Compile and analyse financial data and prepare supporting schedules and documentation.

Assist with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis activities.

Support compliance with accounting standards, company policies and statutory requirements.

Participate in finance improvement initiatives, projects and process enhancement activities.

Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to support project and operational finance requirements.
About You

Recently completed or nearing completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.

Sound understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Previous internship, vacation work or part-time experience in accounting, finance or administration (desirable).

Commitment to pursuing CPA or CA qualifications.
