About the Role
People are at the heart of everything we do, and we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who is passionate about finding the right people to help our business thrive.
As a key member of our National People & Development team, you'll play a hands-on role in attracting, engaging, and securing talent across a diverse range of trades, manufacturing, technical, operational, and corporate positions. You'll work closely with leaders across the business, helping them build high-performing teams while delivering an exceptional experience for every candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment across a variety of blue-collar, technical, operational, and corporate roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide recruitment support
- Source and engage candidates through job boards, referrals, talent pools, networking, and direct search
- Manage candidate screening, interview scheduling, offers, and onboarding activities
- Build talent pipelines to support future hiring needs
- Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives
- Maintain recruitment systems, reporting, and candidate records
- Represent G.James at careers events and talent attraction activities
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a recruitment, talent acquisition, or similar role
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment across a mix of blue-collar and white-collar position
- Experience using recruitment systems, ideally JobAdder or a similar ATS
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A professional, candidate-focused approach and commitment to confidentiality
