Minimum requirements:
The successful applicant will be trained to:
- Read and follow instructions accurately
- Use cutting tables, small machinery, hand and power tools
- Cut, polish and handle glass components
- Operate toughening and IGU manufacturing machinery
- Demonstrate initiative to overcome unexpected circumstances
- Work collaboratively and sustainably within a team environment
You will be able to demonstrate:
- Highly developed communication skills that present yourself and the company passionately and professionally at all times
- Ability to receive feedback constructively, with a view to further developing your skills through every experience
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- An eye for detail with a commitment to producing a high standard of work on every occasion
Additional skills that will be favourably considered:
- Previous experience in the Glazing or similar industry
- Forklift License
