We are currently seeking an experienced Law Clerk to support a Senior Solicitor leading a busy and established Public Liability practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior personal injury experience who is looking to build a long-term career in plaintiff law within a supportive and high-performing team
About the Role:
Working closely with a Senior Solicitor, you will play a key role in managing public liability files from inception through to resolution. You will gain valuable hands-on experience and ongoing mentorship while developing your technical and client management skills
Key responsibilities include
- Drafting correspondence and court documents
- Liaising with clients, insurers & medical providers
- Assisting with liability investigations and evidence gathering
- Preparing briefs and supporting matter progression
- Managing file administration and key deadlines
To be successful in this role, you will have
- Previous experience in a personal injury law firm would be an advantage
- Exposure to public liability matters (highly regarded)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Availability to work a minimum of 3 days per week
- A genuine interest in building a long-term career in plaintiff personal injury
