This role will lead operational-performance initiatives designed to improve productivity, service consistency, and reporting across a multi-function business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish operational performance standards.
- Analyze productivity and service metrics.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of operations or performance-improvement experience.
- Experience leading improvement programs.
- Strong data interpretation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated ability to implement measurable operational change.
Pay: $110,000.00 – $132,000.00 per year
