Lending Assistant – Fully Remote
Location: Australia – Work From Home
Employment: Full-time / Part-time considered
We are looking for an experienced Lending Assistant to support our main Loan Writer in managing consumer finance applications from enquiry through to settlement.
About the role
You will assist with personal loans, vehicle loans, consumer finance and debt consolidation applications, helping ensure applications are processed efficiently and customers receive excellent service.
What we’re looking for
- Previous Australian lending/consumer finance experience is essential
- Experience with personal loans, vehicle loans and debt consolidation
- Strong understanding of the lending application process
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- AmbitionCloud CRM experience is required
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
