About the Role
As Assistant Wellness Centre Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the centre, supporting the Centre Manager to create exceptional customer experiences while leading a positive and accountable team culture.
No two days are exactly the same, but your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
- Leading, motivating and supporting a small team
- Coaching staff to achieve sales and KPI targets
- Managing bookings, enquiries and our booking system
- Opening and closing the centre
- Maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of the centre
- Supporting daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly
We're Looking For Someone Who...
- Loves working with people and building genuine relationships
- Has previous leadership, supervisory or management experience
- Has strong customer service and communication skills
- Is confident achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Takes initiative and enjoys solving problems
- Can remain calm and organised in a busy environment
- Has an interest in health, wellness and helping others
- Holds (or is willing to obtain) a current First Aid & CPR certificate
Availability
This role works across a rotating roster, including weekdays and weekends. Flexibility to work a combination of morning, afternoon and occasional evening shifts is essential.
