What you’ll bring
- Previous experience in an Assistant Manager, Supervisor or senior hospitality role
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant, bar, beach club, pool club or lifestyle venue
- A strong understanding of food, beverage and guest experience
- Confident leadership skills and a genuine interest in developing colleagues
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving abilities
- A hands-on approach and the flexibility to be present where the team needs you
- A calm, positive attitude during busy services
- Availability to work a flexible roster, including days, evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certification, or the ability to obtain it
- Must already have current and ongoing working rights for Australia
