Job Description
Are you a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) looking to make a difference in a friendly, collaborative environment? We are seeking motivated RNs to join our busy Mental Health Clinic on a permanent, part-time basis.
About the Role
You will deliver recovery-focused, evidence-based mental health nursing care to individuals with acute and enduring psychiatric conditions, utilizing comprehensive risk assessments, therapeutic interventions, and collaborative care planning to support patient safety and holistic wellbeing within a private clinic setting.
As a member of our clinical team you will be planning, evaluating and delivering care to patients with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality service is provided to our patients.
About You

A minimum of 2 years inpatient experience in an acute mental health environment.

A strong focus on patient centred, evidence-based nursing care.

Motivated, energetic and a flexible team player.

Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills.

The ability to collaborate and consult with patients, family and carers in a professional, compassionate manner.

Current registration with AHPRA (Registered Nurses).
