Assistant Director to work alongside our Centre Director and help lead, support and inspire our team.

What Will Your Day Look Like?
No two days in early childhood leadership are exactly the same.
You’ll work alongside the Centre Director to support the day-to-day running of the centre while remaining connected to our educators, children and families.
You’ll help:
- Mentor and support educators to be their best
- Build a positive and collaborative team culture
- Support quality improvement and reflective practice
- Maintain high standards across the service
- Build strong relationships with our children and families
- Support the Centre Director with the daily operations of the centre
- Celebrate the achievements of your team and help them grow
Could This Be You? We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Have experience as a Lead Educator, Room Leader, Assistant Director or in another leadership capacity
- Have a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
- Hold a current Queensland Blue Card
- Enjoy mentoring and developing others
- Are organised, approachable and a confident communicator
- Are ready to grow your leadership career
Assistant Director experience is welcomed, but it isn’t essential.
