Why join foundU?
Work. We promote from within - this role is proof of that - and we invest in upskilling our people rather than expecting you to arrive fully formed. You'll be trained, mentored and given real work from day one.
People and Culture. A collaborative, feedback-driven team where code reviews are a two-way conversation, not a gate to get past.
Benefits. Hybrid working. A few days in the office during your settling in period and then one day a week in the office for the team anchor day. Plus paid parental leave, birthday leave and volunteer day leave. We have been recognised as an x9 Employer of Choice with a genuine reward and recognition program.
