Clear Vision is a growing premium exterior property-care company servicing high-end residential properties across Melbourne's Bayside and Inner East.
We deliver window cleaning and exterior property care through our White Glove Property Care System™, with a strong focus on quality, professionalism, attention to detail and protecting our clients' properties.
We're looking for a reliable, presentable and hard-working Window & Exterior Cleaning Technician to join our field team on a long-term basis.
This is a role for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in doing things properly and wants consistent full-time hours with the opportunity to develop as the company grows.
What you'll be doing
You'll work alongside experienced team members and receive training in our systems and methods across:
- Residential window cleaning
- Frames, sills, tracks and flyscreens
- Gutter cleaning
- Pressure cleaning
- Soft washing
- Solar panel cleaning
- General exterior property care
- Equipment setup, pack-down and job-site care
Most work is carried out at premium residential properties throughout Melbourne's Bayside and Inner East.

Previous window or exterior cleaning experience is preferred, but isn't essential.
Experience in trades, construction, landscaping, property maintenance or other hands-on/manual roles will also be highly regarded.
For the right person, we can teach the technical skills. Reliability, attitude, communication and attention to detail matter most.

- Reliable personal vehicle and ability to travel to jobs

Hours & pay
- 35+ hours per week
- Monday–Friday
- Approximately 8:30am–4:30pm
- $27.55–$33.00 per hour + super
- Overtime paid where applicable
- Consistent ongoing work
Training & progression
You'll receive structured on-the-job training in the Clear Vision White Glove Property Care System™, our equipment, service methods and safety procedures.
As your capability develops, you'll have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility across our field operations.
For strong performers, there is potential long-term progression into Senior Technician and Team Leader responsibilities.
We're looking for someone who wants to become a dependable part of the team — not simply pick up occasional shifts around other commitments.
