Kytez Recruitment is currently seeking a reliable, organised, and motivated Store Worker / Warehouse Assistent to join our client's growing business in Sunnybank, Brisbane.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role combining warehouse operations, administration, customer service, and e-commerce support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the back-end administration of the e-commerce website
- Process customer orders and print invoicesPack and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently
- Organise pickups and deliveries with Australia
- Post and couriersUpdate stock levels and maintain inventory recordsPack, stock, organise and rearrange products in the warehouseUnpack and store incoming stock
- Conduct regular stock takes and prepare stock movement reportsMaintain a clean, organised and safe work environmentLiaise with management, suppliers, and customers regarding store operationsHandle delicate and sensitive products with care
- Provide excellent customer service and support Skills & ExperienceGood computer and internet skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 15–20 kgExperience with inventory or warehouse management is highly regarded
- Previous experience in administration, retail, logistics, e-commerce, or warehouse operations is preferred
