What We Expect
- Bachelor's or master's Degree or equivalent.
- At least two years of experience operating CNC machines.
- Work as a team in the factory and construction sites.
- Current Driver's License.
- White Card.
- Forklift License (optional).
- Flexible working on Saturdays (optional).

Engineering Technologist - Tasks & responsibilities
- Provided engineering and technical support to project managers and site measurers by identifying structural design conflicts, resolving constructability issues, and recommending practical design modifications to facilitate efficient project execution
- Coordinated the technical execution of production workflows, applying engineering principles to optimise resource utilisation, manage technical risks, and resolve production deviations to maintain structural and quality integrity.
- Maintained data-driven daily production reports to track engineering progress, manage quality control, and ensure timelines were met according to the master project schedule
- Coordinated project timelines and engineering workflows across multidisciplinary teams to ensure complex stonework and structural installations were executed within strict project schedules without compromising engineering safety or quality.
- Conducted technical reviews of design variations, evaluating the structural feasibility and safety implications of modifications against original engineering specifications and calculated precise material and quantity estimations
- Coordinated technical site assessments and supervised the logistical timeline of engineering materials for major private and commercial projects, ensuring materials delivered met exact structural specifications and site-readiness criteria
- Conducted structured weekly and monthly stakeholder reviews to report on technical project status, identify technical issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure total compliance with project requirements.
- Utilised advanced engineering software (AutoCAD, Pegasus, MARS, NC Studio) to interpret engineering drawings and structural specifications, producing precise manufacturing and installation documentation in compliance with Australian Standards and project tolerances
