We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Improvement (QI) Liaison Officer to support our Quality Improvement team on a casual basis for approximately three days per week. This role is ideal for someone with experience in quality systems, compliance, governance, accreditation processes, or HR administration within health, community services, education, or a similar sector.
The QI Liaison Officer will play a key role in supporting organisational quality and compliance activities, ensuring systems and processes align with legislative, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Strong administrative, organisational, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience working within quality, compliance, governance, accreditation, or organisational change management.
- Knowledge of privacy legislation, complaints management frameworks, and continuous improvement methodologies (desirable).
- Understanding of Child Safe Standards and safeguarding requirements (desirable).
- Ability to analyse information and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience in a quality improvement, compliance, governance and organisational change management is essential.
