The headspace Port Augusta service is currently transitioning its Lead Agency arrangements from Country & Outback Health (CObH) to Youturn, following the recent competitive tender process undertaken by Country SA PHN.
CObH is working collaboratively with Youturn throughout the transition to support continuity of service delivery, strong community and stakeholder relationships, and the transfer of local knowledge and expertise. This collaborative approach will help ensure a smooth transition as Youturn prepares to commence as the new Lead Agency.
Are you passionate about mental health and inspired to lead a team of clinicians in delivering outstanding services to our regional communities?
As Clinical Lead, you will provide clinical leadership across the headspace centre, supporting the team to deliver services that are safe, effective, responsive and aligned with the headspace model and local community needs.
You will play a central role in strengthening clinical governance, practice consistency and continuous improvement, while providing guidance and supervision to clinicians, private practitioners, students and other service providers within their scope of practice.
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Division 1 Mental Health Nursing, with mental health specific training or endorsement in mental health, or another relevant discipline that meets headspace requirements for an appropriately qualified mental health clinician.
- Hold full professional registration, accreditation, credentialing or membership relevant to the discipline, including AHPRA registration for psychologists, nurses or occupational therapists, or AASW membership or eligibility for social workers, with mental health credentialing, endorsement or eligibility where applicable.
